We always prefer to conduct a site survey before providing a proposal for our clients, but we do appreciate that this isn’t always possible.

We would always conduct a site visit before commencing any work, and any proposals that have been provided from the submission of a remote survey are indicative. System sizing, and the cost of your quote may vary, once a site visit has been conducted.

We will need some information from you regarding your current electricity usage. The most accurate way for us to generate your proposal, would be for you to provide us with 12 months’ worth of half-hourly usage data. You can find further details on how to obtain this here.

If this isn’t available, we can use your annual usage figure for the last 12 months (In kWh) which is usually available via your electricity provider’s online portal or app, or an estimated annual usage figure which you can normally find on one of your recent bills.
